As a successful realtor, co-founder, husband, and father of four, Cody has built his life around relationships. He genuinely enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories, and finding ways to help. Whether he’s connecting families to their next home, supporting a friend, or helping grow the business alongside Markus, Cody’s approach is simple: people come first.
Most weekends, you’ll find him in the audience of a dance competition cheering on his daughters with the enthusiasm of someone whose child has just won a world championship—whether they have or not. In fact, Cody’s excitement for life is so legendary that first-time acquaintances occasionally wonder if he’s exaggerating.
Those who know him best will tell you the truth; he’s just genuinely that excited. His greatest pride isn’t found in business or real estate, but in the family he and his wife have built together. Before becoming a founder, Divina held executive leadership roles supporting multi-billion-dollar organizations, proving that you can be both strategic and human at the same time. Today, she channels that same energy into entrepreneurship, community building, and creating spaces where people feel connected and supported.
At home, life revolves around her greatest accomplishments: being a wife, mom to one amazing human, caretaker of two cats and a flock of chickens, and honorary auntie to just about every kid in her orbit. When she’s not working, you’ll find her chasing her next creative obsession; whether that’s designing a themed game night, tackling a home project, scuba diving, snowboarding, or hosting a gathering that somehow always turns into a late night event.
